Privacy Policy

How Anchor Force LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information. Last updated July 1, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Anchor Force LLC (“we,” “us,” the “Company”) handles personal information on this website and in connection with the Anchor Force AI Engine products. By using our site or contacting us, you agree to this Policy.

About the two kinds of data. This Policy covers information about you as a visitor or prospective customer of our website. When a business subscribes to our products and uploads or processes its own customers’ data through them, that business is the controller of that data and its agreement with us (and its own privacy notice) governs how it is handled; we process it only to provide the products.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, request a demo, or sign up, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, and any message you send. If you create an account, we also collect your login credentials (passwords are stored only in hashed form).

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we log basic technical data such as your IP address and request details, which we use to keep the service secure and prevent spam and abuse. We use only essential cookies needed to run the site and protect forms (for example, your session and a CSRF security token); we do not use them to track you across other websites.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or support you ask for;
  • To create and administer your account and provide the products you subscribe to;
  • To send you text messages about your inquiry or account only if you have opted in (see “Text messages” below);
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain reasonable business records;
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you on other sites.

3. Text messages (SMS)

We send SMS only where you have opted in — for example, by ticking the box on our contact form or enabling texts in your account. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us from responding to you by email.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — for example, our hosting provider, email delivery (SMTP), SMS delivery (Twilio), and payment processing (Stripe). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or the Company.
  • Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to handle your inquiry, provide the products, meet legal and accounting requirements, and keep reasonable business records — and then delete or anonymize it. Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of text messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the right to know, delete, or correct your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights). To make a request, send us a note through our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time; we may need to verify your identity first.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information — for example, encrypting stored credentials and transmitting data over secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our site and products are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; please review their privacy notices.

10. Governing law

This Policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.

12. Contact us
